Michael Bareket leverages his broad background in complex litigation to resolve disputes involving trusts, estate, probate and conservatorship.  He guides clients, including fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and financial and charitable institutions, through all stages of litigation.  Michael is a zealous advocate for his clients and devotes all his energies to resolving disputes in their favor, whether that be via early mediation, at trial, or on appellate review.

Prior to joining Weinstock Manion, Michael began his career as a litigation associate at Hughes, Hubbard & Reed LLP where he represented corporations and other institutions in complex commercial litigation.  He then joined Theodora Oringher PC as a Senior Attorney where he managed all aspects of high-stakes litigation matters from inception to conclusion, representing companies, individuals, and non-profit organizations.
