Gigi Kisela concentrates her practice on representing beneficiaries and fiduciaries in contested trust, probate, conservatorship, and guardianship matters. Her practice extends across all stages of litigation, from advising on pre-litigation matters to discovery, motions, and trial preparation. Gigi also uses her pre-med experience to conduct medical fact investigation in the Estate and Trust context. Prior to Estate and Trust Litigation, Gigi began her practice in complex commercial litigation. She offers extensive experience along with her service-focused advocacy.
