Elizabeth (Beth) Acevedo applies a broad background in estate planning, probate and trust administration, and income, gift, estate and property tax matters to develop sophisticated, multi-generational estate plans for high net worth individuals and families, and to advise fiduciaries and beneficiaries in complex estate and trust administration matters.

Through the careful crafting and implementation of their estate planning documents, Beth identifies and addresses potential conflicts before they occur while maintaining the clients’ interpersonal and wealth transfer goals. Beth’s compassionate and detailed approach to probate and trust administration matters brings beneficiaries and fiduciaries peace of mind during what can be an emotionally stressful time.

Beth speaks at estate planning seminars and institutes, including the USC Gould School of Law Trust and Estates Conference, CEB and the National Business Institute, and serves as an Executive Committee member on the Beverly Hills Bar Association Trusts and Estates Section.
