Weinstock Manion Names Jeffrey Geida as Shareholder
Weinstock Manion is pleased to announce that Jeffrey Geida has been named a shareholder of the firm. Jeff advises high-net worth individuals on all facets of estate, wealth transfer and business succession planning. He also manages estate and trust administrations for beneficiaries and fiduciaries. Jeff joined Weinstock Manion in 2010 and previously was counsel at the firm.

In addition to advising individual high-net worth clients, beneficiaries and fiduciaries, Jeff advises 501(c)(3) and other tax-exempt organizations on entity formation, applications for tax-exemption, operations in foreign countries and international grant-making, federal law compliance and charitable solicitations.
Jeff is a certified specialist in estate planning, trust and probate law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. He teaches Estate planning at UCLA Extension and previously was an adjunct professor at Chapman University School of Law. Jeff earned his juris doctorate, cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law and his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, and was selected a Southern California Rising Star by Super Lawyers® in each year from 2009 to 2012.
