Jonathan Forster and Robert Strauss Quoted on Alan Thicke Estate Battle
Wealth Management recently asked Jon Forster and Rob Strauss to comment on allegations made by Alan Thicke’s widow that his sons are mismanaging his estate, in addition to withholding her inheritance. According to Jon, if the sons are found to be breaching their fiduciary duties, they could be liable for damages. Rob added that this particular case involving a blended family demonstrates the importance of creating a comprehensive estate plan in order to avoid future disagreements between family members.
