Elizabeth (Beth) Acevedo will be a featured panelist at USC Gould School of Law’s 50th Annual Trust and Estate Conference, taking place both in-person and virtually on November 19, 2024. The panel, entitled “Navigating Probate Settlements: Insights From A Litigator, Planner, and the Bench,” will explore ways to resolve the unique aspects of probate litigation. Beth and her fellow panelists will highlight how litigation strategy, tax planning, and judicial oversight can each in different ways facilitate resolution. The program will focus on how the litigator, planner, and the bench can bring people together through a fair agreement that honors the settlor’s legacy while safeguarding the interests of all those impacted.
