Elizabeth Acevedo to be Featured on California Lawyers Association Panel: “What Every Attorney Should Know Before Drafting a California Estate Plan”
The firm is pleased to announce that Elizabeth Avecedo will be a featured panelist at the California Lawyers Association (CLA) Virtual Annual Meeting. Elizabeth’s panel, “What Every Attorney Should Know Before Drafting a California Estate Plan,” will take place on September 24, 2021 and feature in-depth discussions on all matters surrounding California estate planning, including reviewing key documents and common structures of a basic estate plan for California residents. In addition, the panel will address current estate and gift tax laws, and the basic estate planning techniques to plan for those taxes.
