Weinstock Manion Elevates Diane Y. Park to Shareholder

The firm is pleased to announce that Diane Y. Park has been named a shareholder of the firm, effective February 1, 2023. Diane focuses her practice in estate and trust administration, as well as estate, trust, and conservatorship litigation. Sensitive to the stressful and emotional nature of these matters, Diane takes a compassionate approach to provide a quick and thoughtful resolution that brings beneficiaries and fiduciaries peace of mind. With a background in civil litigation, Diane is well-versed in the litigation process, contributing to her success in the handling of contested matters.

Diane joined Weinstock Manion in 2010. She earned her Juris Doctor form the University of California School of Law, and taught estate planning at UCLA Extension from 2013 to 2020. She has been named to The Best Lawyers in America® since 2020 and Southern California Super Lawyers since 2014.
